Winter Fishing in Vladivostok

Imagine the temperature below -15 degrees, the frozen Japanese sea, strong wind and blasting winter sun. This is ice fishing in Vladivostok. These brave men spend hours outdoors patiently waiting for fish to catch the bait. Well, as you can see there is no big fish in the game, so I don’t really understand why they keep on sitting in the cold. They clearly like this activity. I normally give such fish to my cats.

They have to cut through 20-centimeter ice.
