Smog in the city: side effects of living next to China

Smog from China has finally reached Vladivostok, a city on the Russian Far East. Chinese air pollution crisis is dangerous for the neighboring Russian and Korean territories. Harbin, one of the largest northeastern cities in China, was severely affected by the smog several days ago. Local authorities had to close the airport and cancel school classes, while the residents struggled to go to work through the pollution and traffic.

Renowned blogger Zeka Vasch has taken a series of fascinating pictures of this smog in Vladivostok.
